Sugarloaf: Gracious past and present.

Set among 1,200 gently rolling acres, TPC Sugarloaf was once home to entrepreneur O. Wayne Rollins and his family.  Rollins, who worked 72 hours a week in a cotton mill during the Depression and went on to amass a fortune after founding Rollins Inc., bred award-winning cattle and Tennessee walking horses, the barn for which would later inspire the architectural theme of Sugarloaf’s Sports Center, home to the swimming / tennis facilities and the Kids' Korral.

Today, the same gracious, southern styled living is very evident the moment you arrive at the manicured, gated entrance to Sugarloaf County Club.  From the lush landscaping to the TPC golf course and club to the luxury custom homes set well back from the tree-lined, sidewalked streets, this is an address aspired to in Atlanta.  Indeed, Sugarloaf Country Club is synonymous with success.

Providing an ideal setting for family and leisure time, Sugarloaf is the undisputed leader in the area’s luxury golf course homes and is Atlanta’s premier country club community.
